# Mentions

The **Mentions** section highlights how frequently the project is being discussed on **X**, and by whom. It combines a time-based view of **mention volume** with a curated list of the **most impactful tweets** — helping users assess exposure, virality, and influencer activity.

#### How It Works

* **Mentions Chart (right)**
  * Displays the **number of daily mentions** of the project over a selected time frame.
  * Helps track spikes in visibility, campaign impact, or sudden drops in attention.
  * Each data point corresponds to how many tweets included the community name, handle, or token tag.
* **Top Mentions List (bottom)**
  * Highlights tweets with the **highest number of views** that mentioned the project.
  * Each entry includes:
    * **User profile & handle**
    * **Tweet preview**
    * **Date of publication**
    * **View count**
    * **Number of likes**
  * Offers quick insight into **which influencers or viral posts** are driving attention.

***

This section is ideal for:

* Spotting **momentum shifts** in awareness or buzz.
* Identifying **top supporters, influencers**, or critics.
* Validating **campaign results** or the effectiveness of organic outreach.
* Surfacing tweets that may require community amplification or response.

***

Together, the mentions chart and top post feed provide both **quantitative reach** and **qualitative impact**, giving you a full picture of how your project is being talked about on X.
