# Roadmap

At TgMetrics, we are on a mission to become the **must-have AI-driven social analytics hub** for all crypto projects and investors. This roadmap showcases our progress, from completed milestones to upcoming innovations.

* Add to 5 communities for a test period
* Collect feedback and adapt the proejects

* Publish Docs
* Deployed Token on Pump.fun
* Configure social channels
* Locked tokens

#### <mark style="background-color:green;">Phase 3: Bot/Website enrichment and AI (Done)</mark>

* Add new KPIs to help the community with their analysis (Heatmap, message distribution)
* Integrate AI features for sentiment analysis on the bot and website
* Add TL;DR (AI summary) for group messages

#### <mark style="background-color:yellow;">Phase 4: X Integration (In progress)</mark>

* Create the structure for X integrations <mark style="background-color:green;">(Done)</mark>
* Release Raidboard <mark style="background-color:green;">(Done)</mark>
* Create the X analytics dashboard
* Allow users to see any X page, even if they are not using TgMetrics in their telegram group

#### Phase 5: Community Ranking

* Combine X and Telegram analytics to create the new TgMetrics score
* Release  the community ranking on the website

#### Phase 6: Token Holder Benefits

* Release the token holder benefits plan
* Restrict access to X/Telegram analytics for non-token holders
* Allow token holders to access more analytics and have higher usage limits for the service
